Every repatriation is different. Some patients can travel safely with a medical escort on a commercial flight, while others require continuous supervision, oxygen, monitoring, infusion therapy or intensive-care support. That is why we always assess the patient’s medical condition, mobility, distance, timing, documentation and airline clearance.
Below you will find the main transport categories. Each transport option has its own dedicated page with more information about indications, possibilities and limitations.

A repatriation often consists of several stages. For example: ambulance from hospital to airport, medical escort on a commercial flight, and another ambulance from the arrival airport to home, hospital or rehabilitation centre.
Bryan Morgan Care coordinates the entire journey so that transfers are safe, discreet and uninterrupted.
Send the patient’s age, departure point, destination and a brief medical summary. We will provide the safest options.
